Student Answer: I would plan out some time to give the math concept my total focus. Maybe study it with a friend who's better at math or schedule time with my math teacher to go over the concept again, asking others for help isn't a failure at self regulation, admiring you need help is often the first step of it. I'd plan out maybe an hour or so of my time to really study over the concept.
I'd monitor my progress by trying math problems that contain the concept, seeing how far I get before my knowledge of the concept runs out, and go back to studying the concept to improve that until I'm both completing the math problems and getting the answers correct. |
