Student Answer: Using conflict management I'd try to come to a compromise or a collaboration. I'd suggest that I make a model and my partner give a presentation over the model and how it pertains to the assigned project. Both of us get what we want is some form, which is a compromise, and we still work together on the project, a collaboration. |
