Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: Yes, I would continue to choose to be assertive because being assertive is more that "getting what you want" it is expressing what you want, and why you want it. Also if you want to maintain relationships with other people you need to be respectful about stuff with your peers and stuff. Furthermore, if you are assertive, your chances of getting what it is you desire are increase, although not guaranteed. |
