Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: I would approach this conflict by talking over what he wants to put in the presentation. I would collaborate because he might let me put some of my information on his presentation so that its a win win situation. If he didn't allow me to do anything in the project and he wanted to do it all i would avoided the situation and ask the teacher for a new partner to work with or just work alone |
