Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: You could approach the conflict with compromising in mind. Giving a presentation about a model or including the model in your presentation would be an even stronger project! You could approach the situation using accommodation and just give in and let your partner have their way so that they are happy, but you also need to be okay with that if that is what you decide. You could compete and do rock-paper-scissors to see who picks, too, if you want. |
