Essay: For a project, you want to design a model but your partner wants to give a presentation. How would you approach the conflict using different styles?
Student Answer: To collaborate I would ask if she wanted to do both and include the model in our presentation. To compromise I would let my partner decide and do the presentation. If I wanted to accommodate I would say I do not care what we do. If I wanted to compete I would tell my partner we have to do the presentation or I am not helping. Or I could avoid the situation and not show up to my class I have the presentation in. |
