Essay: Imagine that you are struggling to learn a concept in math. Provide brief descriptions of how you would address the first two components of self-regulation to work towards improving your learning. Student Answer: Well one is that I would make a plan. First I would go up to the assigned teacher in the classroom. I would ask questions and get some examples to understand the assignment. But if that doesn't work, I will have to look for some other examples to understand. Look up step-by-step and clear descriptions. Then lastly take notes and find easy ways to finally understand the questions. So I would have to plan it out and while doing that I got to monitor my plan. But if something doesn't work I would have to make some adjustments to my plan. That's how I would plan my self-regulation to solve a problem. |
