Essay: Imagine that you are facing a challenge and you are not sure you can be successful. Name three things you could do to raise your belief in yourself. Student Answer: 1. Ask for help and advice from others who have been in a similar situation and ask what worked for them. Obviously it won't work for me since I am different, but it's good to get general ideas to see what I can do that works best for me.
2. Take a break. My brain will most likely be messy and not in the right state of mind so I will need time to decompress. Taking breaks isn't lazy and is sometimes necessary for your health and well being.
3. Keep on trying different ways to succeed. If one way doesn't work, there's no reason to not try any others as long as they are within reason. It doesn't hurt to improvise new ways sometimes. |
