Essay: Imagine that you are struggling to learn a concept in math. Provide brief descriptions of how you would address the first two components of self-regulation to work towards improving your learning.
Student Answer: The first thing is not to give up, or to be persistent. Being able to have self discipline and solve the problem. Having self regulation is being able to control and manage my behavior or reactions. I won't burst out or get mad because i am not able to understand the concept. So, what i'd do is ask for more of an explanation, then monitor and reflect what i learn. |
