Essay: Imagine that you are struggling to learn a concept in math. Provide brief descriptions of how you would address the first two components of self-regulation to work towards improving your learning.
Student Answer: If it is difficult to learn I will first check back to the notes for this concept in math, read through it, then use that example to use the same steps used there then on the math question. After finding the answer I will reflect on how much I understand of this topic and if needed I will look through more examples with the same concept. |
