Student Answer:  Hey why do you keep making plans with me, getting my hopes up, and then back out. It hurts my feelings a lot because they sounded like fun. Please just check and see what you are doing before you make plans.
Essay:  When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
