I would first figure out what parts I do not understand. Then I would make a plan of how I can learn the concept. I can ask the teacher for extra help or notes. Then, I can do lots of practice problems to understand it better. I can monitor how I am doing and adjust my plan if needed. Once I understand the concept, I can reflect on what strategies worked and what did not. Next time, I would change the plan based on what worked and what did not work from this plan.
