If I was struggling with learning a math concept, I would address my self-regulation by creating a plan and timeline for reviewing the math concept. This plan will be broken down into parts (review math concept, review math problems with answers, and then practice without answer, self-test yourself on the math concept). I would also monitor my progress on learning the math concept by ensuring that I achieve my short-term smaller goals on the timeline. If I fall behind, I will reevaluate the plan and make adjustments as needed to get back on track on the timeline.
