Hey I noticed that you keep making plans then canceling them? Could you let me know why and maybe tell me the day before if you can’t go anywhere. Next time just tell me I won’t be mad.

We should still try to communicate assertively because we need to be able to speak about our feelings and also be nice at the same time. Also we can understand each other more when taking assertively.
