Hey can we talk? Look I know you lead a busy life but it hurts me when you cancel last minute I know it doesn't mean a lot to you but I prep myself to be around someone and plan everything out in my head so when you always cancel it gets me less exsided for each planed hang out with you.

The reason you should mostly be assertive all the time is, its the perfect middle ground were your not pressived as a spolid brat that only wants there apinon and no one elses or being soft and easly manipulated and your ideas are never heard.
