Jacob, I just wanted to say I do not like it when you cancel the plans at the last minute and it is making me loose trust in you. please notify me about a plan once you are clearly sure.

I feel like being assertive during these tough times will help you with other events cause one reason, while your still assertive it still can help your mental health and a other reason is when you have another problem occuring you need that confidence.
