I realize you have other things to do but it is hard for me to hangout with you and keep making plans with you when all you do is cancle them. I think we should both only say we can hangout when we are free even if we plan to hangout less

even though your trying to talk and get your point across you may not always get what you want you should still have a conversation and communicate with the other person to let them know how you feel
