I know I turned in the homework on time, I should not get late credit for you not seeing it on time. Being accused of turning in a late assignment upsets me because I never turn in late work.

I get very upset when you make plans and then cancel them after I have already cleared my schedule for you. If you want to make plans keep them or I will stop making plans with you.

You should still choose to be assertive because it helps to get your point across and stand up for what you believe in.
