Hey friend, I have noticed that you keep making plans and then canceling them. I would like to know why since I keep canceling my other plans for it. Next time if you would have just told me why, I wouldn't have gotten mad.

I think we should because we need to be able to speak our feelings yet still be nice about it. We also need to be able to understand each other more when talking assertively.
