I completed the homework and turned it in when it was done. If I didn't get it done in class, I finished it at home to prepare it for tomorrow. By the next day, I turned it in with all the assignments completed to answer the question, no it was not late.

tell the person why he keeps changing the plans at the last minute. ask him if it is personal or mental problems. if so tell him what is wrong and discuss with him some better plans with free time.
