I noticed that you keep making plans then cancelling them. If you can't make it at least try to tell me a day or so before hand. Next time just tell me what's going on, I won't be mad.

We should try to still communicate assertively because we need to be able to speak our feeling and also be nice at the same time. I think we could also understand each other more when talking assertively.
