The first thing I can do to raise my self belief is looking back at all the challenges I have beat, all the wars I have won, all my goals I have reached so far, & that I can make this task if I stay as motivated as on my other challenges. Next I would encourage myself, I would tell myself how strong I am to have overcome those past challenges, & to look at where I got myself now. Lastly, I would focus on all the mistakes I have made during my past challenges & learn from them, to show how much I improved myself as the days went by. These are my 3 ways I can raise my self belief when I feel like I cant do something successfully.
