Sometimes I have a hard time believing in myself. I get anxious very easily and I am really hard on myself. Three things that I could do to raise my belief in myself would be. To think about all the things I have accomplished and all the challenges I've overcame. To make sure when I'm feelings anxious I take a break and breath. The last thing would be motivate myself, give myself a pep talk. I can do anything I put my mind to.
