If I was facing a challenge and was unsure of whether I could successfully complete it, I could raise my belief in myself in order to benefit myself by thinking about the successful experiences of others, by asking about how I could successfully complete the challenge I would be undertaking, and by maintaining a growth/open mindset when faced with certain challenges or tasks.
