I feel like we have had a bit of a misunderstanding on when I turned my homework in. I think I turned my homework in on time, but I understand if I hadn’t. I would really appreciate if we could go and check when I turned it in to make sure of one or the other.

I really want to hang out with you, but it seems we can't ever do the things we have planned. Everytime we have to cancel, I feel hurt as I had planned on doing the things we had planned. I really don't like when we cancel at the last minute, is if possible, could we try to make and stick to plans or cancel further in advance?

Because then you will still get your point across and respectfully without being rude or inconsiderate if you don't get your way.
