I get that life can be crazy and unpredictable, but that’s not an excuse to keep ignoring and ghosting me. If you’re going to make plans, please be there or let me know sooner that you won’t be able to make it.

If you can clearly state what you want, you might be able to find a compromise. It can also help clear any misunderstanding, so if somebody thought they couldn’t help you, maybe they could after clearly defining what you want or need.
