I don’t think I want to make plans with you anymore, you keep cancelling on me and I don’t wanna hangout with someone who doesn’t want to hangout with me by cancelling.

Because it’s good to be a little aggressive so people know what you mean/want but it’s also good to be nicer to others so they treat you with respect so that’s why assertive is right in the middle.
