If I was facing a challenge and I'm not sure if I could be successful, first I would get in a growth mindset. Having a growth mindset really helps give you the confidence to attempt this challenge. It also helps not to think too much of the challenge, so if I make a mistake the first time, that's is okay, I will try again. Another thing I would do is research the challenge and try a few practice sessions. Studying and attempting a fake but similar task helps me better understand the challenge. Another thing I would do is if I get stuck on something during the challenge, I usually ask someone to help me better understand the question or the challenge in general. When I ask for help, it helps me better understand what I am stuck on and I will continue.
