Three things that I would think of to raise my belief is first not thinking negative, because thinking negative gives bad results so I would try and think positive about what I'm about to do. Next I would work on that challenge over and over again until I get it right because you won't get things on the first try and that is okay. Lastly I make sure to prepare myself for that challenge I would be doing, for example asking for help so I don't mess up or asking for advice so I can keep that in mind to have a more positive outcome. Those three things could help a lot for me because I do think negative sometimes but I know how to get better so I think positive about what it is.
