To raise belief in myself I can reflect on challenges I've accomplished in the past and know I'm able to do things I may not think I can. I can study and have a positive mindset that I will get better and be able to succeed. I can focus on challenge and get advice from other people that way ill have knowledge from other peoples experiences.
