The three things that I think could help me with self-efficacy or raise my belief in myself would have to be thinking on my past achievements. Now I haven't thought of that till now from reading this quiz/test but I think that now I can have the ability to think on my past achievements with anything such as sports or school. For my second option that could raise my belief in myself would have to be learning from my mistakes. For most of my life from what I can remember I've always learned from my mistakes weather it was sports or in a classroom but learning from my mistakes has always been a good option for me due to the fact I tend to dwell but that's one of the things I'll say a lot. "You can either dwell from the past or you can Grow from the past". And lastly for my third option it has to be physical matters such as breathing techniques or talking to myself, now I know that may be weird of me to say but usually before a game or I take a test I'll try and talk to myself so I can one calm myself down if I am stressing out or very overwhelmed with the situation I'm in, I will always talk to myself out of spite in order to calm myself down.
