I would have to speak up for myself and tell people “No” when I think that their ideas isn’t the right solution for their problem, they are also most likely to get some answers wrong when copying another person.

My two reasons why assertiveness is important is to show people im listening and i want them to know that I’m hearing them out when there telling you their problem and trust me to tell me. My second reason to why assertiveness is important is to express myself or yourself the feeling you have been having to someone you trust or to someone you is willing to hear you out.
