When facing a challenge, there are many different options to choose from to bring up your confidence and tell yourself. '"You can do it!" Facing a challenge can be overwhelming and stressful at times which as a result, you think negatively about yourself.
One way to boost up your belief in yourself is having a growth mindset, a growth mindset is basically having the idea that you can do it, some examples are that you wont always get it the first time, but there's room for growth, this is cheering you on when you are facing a challenge, giving you the concept that you can do it.
Another way to boost your confidence is thinking of a past time when you faced a worse challenge, giving you the confidence because you've been through worse and you can do it.
The last way to boost your belief is getting feedback, getting feedback is one of the most efficient ways to learn, when people compliment you, you get the feeling of confidence and belief in yourself, but when someone makes rude remarks, you will want to train harder to prove them wrong.
These are three things i do to face challenges, and if you try them as well, you will accomplish anything!
