Many people struggle in challenges, but there are also many solutions to not be so doubtful in your ability. One of these methods includes box-breating, another forwarding into reaffirmation of success, as well as focusing on victory. Only a few people box-breathe, but it is very crucial for maintaining low stress in tests, or tense situations. Box-breathing involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding that breathe for 4 more seconds, and you guessed it, breathing out for 4 seconds. You repeat this cycle until you feel calm. There is also self reaffirmation, which is less simple. Think back to every race you ran and won, or those puzzles you solved. Not many people can think of those things so quickly, though. It takes effort to remember all that effort you used for success. But, if none of these work, you may be focusing too much on that F, or last place. It is always good to step back, and think about your win. Focusing on that possibility of you scoring perfect, or failing by a landslide, is what can make or break a good completion. In conclusion, you can do many things to calm yourself down, but it all comes down to your own base confidence.
