when I play a varsity match in tennis there are a lot of strugles like the opponent being more experienced and older but I always remember its a sport and not something that will determain the rest of my life so I breath think on how to improve take my time and always know that it will be fine in the end and to have fun in the moment of the match even if I dont come out on top.
