I would try to help myself first before asking other's for help. I would try to identify what's going on, and then start picking at the mistake until I can adjust it enough to where it doesn't bother anymore. Self-regulation means to quote on quote "the ability to understand and manage your own behaviour and reactions." I would then go on to ask my teacher about the lesson and I hope that they'll help me with my troubles.
