For one, you can look back at the things you've accomplished to have made it so far, or to have started what you're doing. Then, you can stop for a moment, and breathe to conquer the anxiety, and calm yourself to continue. Finally, once you've started, just keep reminding yourself to take your time, and tread with confidence. If you make every move confidently, you can more easily acknowledge when you've made your mistake, and learn from the mistake. This is better than going through the whole thing in one blow and then realizing you messed up in the beginning, leaving you needing to undo the whole thing and start almost over again.
