I understand that some times it is hard to have plans but I would rather like it if we make a time that would work better instead of you cancelling on me or just not hang out at all.

1.) He confront them about it so it helps you to be more open to confronting people
2.) it makes it easier for people to understand what the issue is and how to fix it without arguements.
