Something that I can do to make myself feel more confident is to take a small break from the challenge and then come back later when I have relaxed my brain for a bit. Another thing that I can do to raise my belief in myself is to try to break from bad habits of downing myself and try to look for the bigger picture. The last thing that I can do for myself is to ask for advice from people that can help me with it or give me some insight.
