I do like making plans with you, but it’s upsetting when you make plans and cancel on me last minute. If you’re going to make plans make sure you won’t cancel them out of nowhere.

Assertiveness will give you a higher chance of getting things you want. In other ways such as being confident in interview for jobs assertiveness can also be helpful.
