Plan
First, I would go over my notes to see what is it that I do and don't understand. Based on that, I would ask the teacher questions regarding that certain part of the concept. I would also stay for tutoring once or twice a week to go over practice problems with the teacher. If I am still struggling, then I would look up guides on youtube.
Monitor
After every assignment, I would check my grade to see how well I've been able to improve in the concept.
