Hey, um I just wanna talk to you about something ok? I know you love to make plans for things we do, but at the same time have things on last minute, but can we try and stop saying we’re not doing this in the last minute?

Talking assertively is some way to show that your not going to go out with it or cause any problems. The second reason is to show that whenever you speak assertively you can tell by yourself that you mean it and won’t alway get what you want but still be able to convince them
